Outlandish Group is looking for a dynamic, bilingual (English and Portuguese) Account Manager to lead and grow top-performing TikTok Shop accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Be the go-to expert for TikTok Shop clients, ensuring satisfaction and delivering outstanding results.
- Strategic Leadership: Design and implement winning TikTok Shop strategies, from shop setup to scaling it into a top-performing marketing channel.
- Account Oversight: Handle all aspects of client accounts, including onboarding, strategy execution, daily communication, and reporting.
- Seller Center Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop seller centers for multiple clients.
- Influencer Recruitment: Drive influencer strategies by overseeing a team of influencer recruitment coordinators.
- Marketing Calendar: Plan and manage promotion calendars, including writing email/SMS content to maximize sales performance.
- Project Management: Keep client projects on track with exceptional organization and budget oversight.
- Collaboration: Work closely with media buying teams to deliver high-performing TikTok ad creative.
- Client Engagement: Lead client meetings, share strategic insights, and ensure their goals are met.
- Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities for improvement to continually elevate client success.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in account management, project management, or similar roles in marketing or advertising.
- Strategic Vision: A strong ability to analyze TikTok Shop trends and data to inform strategies and grow client accounts.
- Ecommerce Expertise: Experience as a brand manager, ecommerce manager, or account manager with a proven track record of success.
- Influencer Savvy: A deep understanding of influencer campaigns, UGC, and performance-based influencer strategies.
- Agency Background: Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing or influencer agency is a plus.
- TikTok Enthusiasm: Passion for TikTok, social commerce, and live selling.
- Communication: Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
- Remote Readiness: Comfortable working remotely in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
