Senior Account Manager – Cincinnati, OH

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on building and managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic account planning, business development, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Travel to client sites as needed.
🔹 Consultative Selling: Engage clients in deep, consultative discussions to understand their business objectives, needs, and challenges.
🔹 New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts while prospecting new clients to expand the business.
🔹 Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client needs and business objectives.
🔹 Proposal Development: Work with internal teams to craft tailored, compelling proposals and solutions.
🔹 Revenue Growth: Consistently drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
🔹 Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures efficiently.
🔹 Client Retention & Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure seamless project execution to maintain long-term partnerships.
🔹 Collaboration: Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure the right talent is matched to client projects.
🔹 Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, client needs, and competitors to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

Experience: 2-8 years of sales experience in engineering services within one of our core service areas. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong sales & business development abilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to build and maintain rapport with C-level executives and key stakeholders
✔ Solid understanding of IT solutions, staffing services, and consulting industry trends
Results-driven with a client-first approach
✔ Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
