Responsibilities
- Utilize Perficientβs Sales Processes, Solution Selling, and Account Management strategies to drive business growth.
- Generate $3-5+ million annually in IT consulting services sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with Fortune 500 executives, including CIOs, Senior Information Systems Executives, and Business Leaders.
- Develop and nurture industry relationships with software vendors and system integrators.
- Embrace a hunter mentality, actively pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling and client outreach.
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and deal structuring to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain at least 3 years of Account Management experience, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in services sales or professional consulting.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets within Fortune 500 client engagements.
- Expertise in structured sales methodologies such as Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, Power-Based Selling, and Target Account Selling.
- Ability to partner with clients, understand their business challenges, and provide value-driven solutions.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent collaboration and team-building capabilities.
