Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a targeted account acquisition strategy to drive new business opportunities by breaking into new accounts, prospecting across multiple business lines, and guiding prospects through their digital transformation journey.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers by understanding their needs, delivering compelling sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle.

  • Coordinate efforts across account teams to increase visibility and engagement within target accounts, securing buy-in from both individual contributors and executive stakeholders.

  • Continuously generate a robust sales pipeline using innovative prospecting techniques, industry events, trade shows, product demonstrations, and strategic channel partnerships.

  • Maintain precise sales forecasts, manage your pipeline efficiently, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Provide accurate, data-driven insights to management through CRM tools, tracking key performance metrics and progress.


Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
✅ Strong relationship management skills and experience handling strategic sales opportunities.
✅ A curious, consultative approach, with the ability to explain and demonstrate complex products effectively.
✅ Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding quotas and securing net-new logos.
✅ A hunter’s mindset, focused on pipeline generation, strategic opportunity progression, and exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
✅ Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute positively to the company culture.
✅ Experience using a CRM system to manage accounts and track performance metrics.
✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and partner engagements as needed.
✅ Comfortable working in a remote-first environment while maintaining a proactive, in-the-field mentality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with generative AI and search infrastructure.

  • Experience managing mid-to-large enterprise accounts (200–1000+ seats, 30–80 accounts).


Compensation

📍 US Zone 1: $158,100 – $213,900
📍 US Zone 2: $142,300 – $192,500
📍 US Zone 3: $126,500 – $171,100

These figures reflect the annual salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role and are subject to change. Compensation is determined based on location, experience, skillset, and internal equity considerations.

All regular employees are eligible for:
Sales incentives (included in OTE)
Stock options (RSUs)
Corporate bonus programs

US Zone Breakdown:

  • Zone 1: San Francisco, New York City, Seattle

  • Zone 2: Austin, Chicago, select areas of California, Colorado, Washington DC metro, and more

  • Zone 3: All other US locations
