Responsibilities
- Assist brokers in preparing accounts for new business and renewals, ensuring optimal client coverage and recommending strategies for client retention.
- Support brokers in creating market submissions, drafting quote cover letters for agents, and verifying the accuracy of received documents.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and develop a deep understanding of brokerage operations to proactively address business needs.
- Partner with brokers to drive renewals and generate new business through client referrals.
- Develop strategies for new business opportunities, including crafting proposals and presentations to engage potential clients.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with accounts while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems, generate necessary documentation, and perform tasks in alignment with quality and service standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to provide brokers with insights on portfolio trends, identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to fulfill contractual obligations, resolve invoicing issues in collaboration with Premium Accounting, and manage notices of cancellation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum one year of experience in the insurance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management (other related fields or equivalent work experience will be considered).
