The Opportunity
Altruist is experiencing exceptional growth, and we’re eager to welcome an Account-Based Marketing (ABX) Manager to our expanding marketing team. This strategic, cross-functional role will be pivotal in designing and executing a high-impact ABX strategy that strengthens engagement with high-value accounts, accelerates pipeline growth, and drives revenue.
Your Impact
- Develop a comprehensive ABX strategy aligned with company revenue goals and target account segments.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ABX initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and analytics teams to identify and prioritize high-value target accounts based on data, product-market fit, and revenue potential.
- Segment accounts and create customized strategies for different tiers (one-to-one, one-to-few, one-to-many).
- Partner with cross-channel marketing teams to execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns, including email, direct mail, digital ads, events, and content.
- Craft compelling messaging and assets tailored to the unique needs of key segments, personas, and accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to align ABX initiatives with account planning and sales strategies.
- Support sales enablement by developing key materials such as account insights, messaging frameworks, and playbooks.
- Utilize ABX tools and platforms to orchestrate campaigns, track engagement, and measure impact.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting integrity within marketing and CRM systems.
- Continuously analyze campaign data, monitor ABX performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Present regular updates to stakeholders, demonstrating ABX impact on pipeline growth and revenue.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging ABX best practices.
- Establish and document scalable ABX processes, frameworks, and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
What You Bring
Experience:
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years focused on ABX programs.
- Proven track record of implementing and scaling ABM strategies in a SaaS environment, preferably within fintech or related industries.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing alignment, with experience collaborating closely with sales teams to drive shared goals (sales enablement experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measuring ABX performance and ROI.
Education:
- A B.A. or B.S. degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ABM tools and platforms, such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate marketing automation and CRM systems.
