A prestigious private equity firm is looking to add to their administrative team! The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. Ability to take charge and a busy office and team running smoothly. This opportunity is in-office Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm near Hudson Yards.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Act as the front face of the firm by greeting guests and coordinating conferences/meetings
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
