We are excited to announce an opening for a Pharmacy Manager at our Niagara Falls (Portage Road) location. Your Role

As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the pharmacy’s daily operations while leading the team to provide exceptional patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating daily pharmacy operations.
  • Acting as the designated pharmacy licensee, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and operational standards, including company policies, procedures, and Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) requirements.
  • Maintaining documentation and applications to meet regulatory obligations.
  • Ensuring all pharmacy staff adhere to provincial pharmacy college guidelines.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists, assistants, and technicians.
  • Building strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the community to enhance the pharmacy’s reputation and customer base.
  • Delivering patient-focused care that exceeds OCP standards through personalized medication consultations and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Overseeing the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions, including advanced compounding services.
  • Utilizing Kroll software to manage workflows efficiently and accurately.
  • Driving key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services and operations.
  • Leading by example and fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a healthcare leader with a passion for pharmacy services who meets the following qualifications:

  • Currently licensed Pharmacist Part A in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
  • 3+ years of pharmacy experience, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role.
  • Proficient in Kroll software and familiar with pharmacy workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
