Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including opening/closing procedures and reception duties.
- Coordinate daily office lunches for 50 employees on in-office days (Tuesday–Thursday).
- Maintain and stock office supplies, snacks, and refreshments.
- Set up conference rooms for board meetings and executive meetings.
- Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with administrative projects, including creating Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or early-career professional (~1 year of experience).
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Additional Details:
- Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday.
- Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
