Please note, candidates without TikTok Shop experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Do
Client Champion: Be the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop clients, delivering tailored solutions and outstanding results.
Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute innovative TikTok Shop strategies, scaling client shops into leading revenue channels.
Account Manager Extraordinaire: Manage onboarding, daily communications, strategy execution, and reporting to ensure seamless client experiences.
Seller Center Pro: Oversee TikTok Shop seller centers, driving day-to-day operations and performance.
Influencer Strategist: Lead a team of influencer recruitment coordinators, crafting effective campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Marketing Calendar Maven: Plan promotions, craft email/SMS campaigns, and drive traffic to maximize sales.
Project Manager: Keep projects on track, organized, and within budget, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Collaboration Guru: Work closely with media buying teams to create high-performing TikTok ad content.
Client Advocate: Lead client meetings, share insights, and deliver measurable success.
Continuous Innovator: Identify new opportunities to improve and elevate client performance.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in account management, project management, or marketing/advertising roles.
TikTok Expertise: Proven knowledge of TikTok Shop, influencer campaigns, UGC, and live selling strategies.
Ecommerce Savvy: Hands-on experience managing ecommerce accounts or growing online brand sales.
Agency Experience: Experience in a fast-paced marketing or influencer agency is a big plus.
Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to analyze trends and develop actionable strategies.
Communication Rockstar: Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills.
Self-Starter: Thrives in a remote, dynamic, and fast-moving environment.
