We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly driven Permanent Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry, specializing in Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our sales channels, developing relationships with distributors, and liaising with electrical contractors. This role requires a deep understanding of EV charging solutions and the ability to drive sales in this rapidly evolving market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate targets in the EV charging market.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth.
  • Work closely with distributors and electrical contractors, providing technical support and product training as needed.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications and communicate these effectively to clients.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our EV charging solutions and stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior management, contributing to the development of business strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in EV charging solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems and EV charging technologies.
  • Strong network of contacts among distributors and electrical contractors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
