TheTechnical Account Manager will serve as the critical link between our clients and our engineering, production, and service teams. You’ll help troubleshoot product challenges, provide operational guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective solutions. This position is key to maintaining and growing long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support on operational, installation, or performance issues with industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot technical challenges remotely or onsite, coordinating with engineering and service teams when needed
- Provide detailed guidance to clients on equipment maintenance, setup, and safe operation
- Monitor customer accounts to proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions
- Deliver technical training to clients to improve product understanding and minimize future issues
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, logging all service inquiries, resolutions, and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance and align solutions to client needs
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in an account management, customer service, or technical support role
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while providing outstanding client support
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
