💰 Salary: CAD 55,000–70,000 per year + performance bonuses
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring effective strategy implementation across all digital channels.
- Design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key analytics tools.
- Mentor and guide team members. You will be the next GURU!
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing or Business.
- 5+ years in digital marketing, including 2+ years of team leading.
- Expert of Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- A creative brain, a strategic mind, and a drive to deliver jaw-dropping results.
- A love for memes (not required, but highly appreciated).
