What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and everything in between
- Fulfill bicycle and equipment orders while working in a fun and results-oriented teamwork environment
- Assembling new bicycles
- Staying active all day while easily hitting your steps-per-day goals
- Daily opportunities to learn new skills, apply them in different departments when needed, and earn opportunities for promotion and additional compensation
What You Need To Win
- Ability to adjust start/stop times to meet the needs of the business
- Reading, writing and basic math skills
- Bike shop/bike mechanic experience preferred
- Basic digital literacy, and the willingness to learn new systems
- Attention to detail
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and responsible
- Previous warehouse experience
- Comfortable working on your feet, standing and walking, and moving product for a majority of the day
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
