Job Summary：
Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.
Where Is The Work
This position has been designated as On-Site.
This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters
- Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted
- Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments
- Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures
- General administrative tasks as required
- Performs housekeeping as assigned.
- Assist in annual warehouse inventory
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required. Material handling experience preferred.
- Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven team player
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to read and write English
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and effectively communicate with others – talk and hear. You will frequently be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or craw. You will occasionally required to sit. This position regularly lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds, frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Any lifting above 50 pounds should be done mechanically.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- this position works in a typical parts warehouse environment. You occasionally will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme heat, and fumes from forklift. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
