What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with The NOW IT manager on all franchise boutiques
  • Install, test, and verify The NOW Franchise network equipment and peripherals
  • Provide tier1-tier3 desktop, mobile, and network support for The NOW Franchise boutiques
  • Support and advise The NOW Franchise owners throughout boutique construction
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for The NOW Franchise’s in Sharepoint
  • Maintain accurate and organized hardware inventory for The NOW Franchise systems in NinjaOne
  • Configure and deploy Apple Mac and iPad operating systems per The NOW Franchise specifications
  • Administration and support of remote Mac systems using NinjaOne and Splashtop
  • Administer franchise users and groups within Microsoft 365
  • Technical application support for Microsoft 365, Unifi Networks, Vonage, Sonos, Zenoti, and Rockbot
  • Support and maintain The NOW Franchise boutique network infrastructure
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Able and willing to go up and down ladders
  • Able to travel multiple times a month for The NOW Franchise on-site IT installation

What You’ll Need

  • 2-3 years of related industry experience in information technology support, specifically in the area of workstation deployment and small network configurations
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate to The NOW Franchise owners, general contractors, and The NOW Corp ops and leadership teams
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional organization and documentation
  • Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems such as Freshworks or Jira
  • Experience troubleshooting remote Mac clients (preferred)
  • Specific knowledge of and/or prior experience supporting Mac OS, MS365, VoIP administration, Unifi Networks, Sonos speakers and software, Sharepoint, Ninja or similar IT tools for device configuration and management
  • Prior networking experience (preferred)
  • Prior experience supporting and troubleshooting network infrastructure (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of file share permissions with Dropbox, user/group management in 365, VoIP phone and call group configurations
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on IT best practices
  • Ability to work on active construction sites
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
