This role will specifically support Performance Marketing – the arm of our marketing team that focuses on measurable, online marketing efforts including both paid advertising campaigns as well as SEO and CRM.

We seek a highly organized and responsive professional who can handle complex administrative tasks with excellence and precision to support 3 Senior Directors within Performance Marketing, with globally distributed teams of ~25-50 employees each.

The ideal candidate will deftly manage the basics while providing high-level support to our executives. This role demands exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships both within and outside the organization, ensuring seamless scheduling and efficient time management for our leaders. The EABP will contribute significantly to team collaboration and morale by assisting with leadership meetings, event planning and providing operational support, embodying Uber’s commitment to efficiency and excellence in performance marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars using Google Calendar including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations. Collaborate closely with other EAs, both internal and external, to schedule meetings with multiple senior leaders and C-Suite stakeholders
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and notetaking for team meetings, all-hands meetings, summits, and QBRs
  • Help leads run weekly team meetings, responsible for notetaking and action items
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements and process travel expense reports based on direction from traveler. Will preview and provide feedback regarding team expense reports
  • Draft detailed travel itineraries and provide remote assistance with logistics and travel arrangements with input from traveler, including visa processing
  • Manage team morale budgets
  • Ensure leader is properly prepared and on time for all meetings
  • Assist with HR-oriented tasks for teams, including help with orchestrating team changes and reorganizations, as well as regularly updating team org charts
  • May assist with facility/space planning logistics
  • May work on other tasks and projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • Minimum 4+ years experience supporting a VP-level leader in any sized business or a Director-level leader in a global business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Google calendar
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize leaders’ calendar with ability to make judgment calls and decisions based on rapidly shifting priorities
  • Experience working in a fast paced, often changing environment with efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with little oversight
  • Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with project and/or management
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed and global environment
  • Any knowledge or experience in Performance Marketing
