What You Will Do
- Will be responsible for direct patient care, evaluation and implementation of programs designed to improve patients’ functional independence.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques. Establish, implement, and adapt an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency).
- Document accurately, completely, and timely.
What You Will Need
- Demonstration of at least entry level professional competency of Occupational Therapy practice, theory, principles and applications
- Bachelors Degree required
- NYS OT license are required
- Must function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility and exceptional clinical reasoning skills are essential.
