Marks sattin executive search is working with a dynamic PE-Backed Multisite Healthcare Services Business, in search of an Immediately Available CFO. This pivotal role demands a strategic financial leader who can enhance operational efficiency, optimise processes, and steer the business toward sustained growth and profitability.

As CFO, you will work closely with the senior management team and Private Equity stakeholders to enhance financial systems, processes, and controls, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. You will lead the development and execution of financial strategies, including KPI management, forecasting, and risk mitigation, while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.
Acting as a trusted advisor on financial performance, you will build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities. Additionally, you will provide effective leadership to the finance team, cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence, and proactively challenge existing practices to implement transformative changes that support growth, value creation, and long-term success.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Proven success as a CFO in a PE-Backed Business , preferably within Multisite Healthcare, Healthcare/Consumer-Facing sectors, or related sectors
- Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, analytics, and operational improvements, with strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills with the gravitas to influence and engage across all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive leader with a results-driven mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo to drive meaningful change.
