A growing portfolio business, known for their work in the insurance/reinsurance sector, are looking to expand their London offering by hiring a new Finance Director to oversee a transformation and lead from a UK standpoint.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years’ experience as a Finance Director or in a senior finance role with strong leadership and management experience.
- Experience within the Insurance/Reinsurance sector would be a big plus!
- Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
- Strong understanding of UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance.
- Experience in managing and growing a finance team and implementing process improvements.
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
