Compensation: $22/hour
Location: Albany, NY
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 5 Shifts/Week (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Call Center Customer Service Representative (Hybrid):
- Customer Support: Manage inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve tickets efficiently, document details accurately, and maintain organized records.
- Multichannel Communication: Provide timely and courteous responses to calls, emails, and written inquiries.
- Program Knowledge: Stay informed about program rules and systems to deliver accurate and helpful guidance.
- Administrative Assistance: Support administrative tasks, such as routing communications and organizing emails.
Qualifications for the Call Center Customer Service Representative (Hybrid):
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of call center customer service experience (Medicaid/Medicare familiarity is a plus).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and time management skills (bilingual abilities are a bonus).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word, with the ability to manage high call volumes.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.
