My prestigious legal client is looking for a ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of two years experience to join their growing IT function, this is an excellent opportunity to help develop and shape my clients ServiceNow environment.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day technical management of the ServiceNow Product suite.
• Primary contact for all ServiceNow integration and enhancement requests.
• Translating requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions and optimise automation and integration.
• Grow into the role to act as the ServiceNow Platform SME and technical escalation point for junior staff.
• Ensure that ServiceNow enhancements and integrations are done to best practice and keep a high Health Scan score.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• HRSD
• ServiceNow Scripting such as, UI Policy, UI Action Client Scripts, Email Inbound, Business Rule.
• JavaScript
• Service Portal & Widget Creation
• Flow Designer
• Integration Hub
• Service Mapping
• Discovery
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Best Practice and new features
