I’m hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing tech company that’s revolutionising the MSP space. You’ll be instrumental in designing and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, automating processes, and leading a talented team to ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- AWS Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud environments using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, etc.).
- CI/CD & Automation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with tools like Terraform, Ansible, and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead a growing DevOps team, ensuring collaboration, best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance & Security: Implement monitoring (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.) and ensure cloud environments are secure, compliant, and performing at their best.
- Cost Optimization: Optimize cloud resources to balance performance and cost.

What they’re looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture best practices.
- Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in scripting (Bash, Python).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
