The Role
As our Finance Director, you’ll be a strategic partner to our CEO and executive team, guiding our financial course as we scale. This role combines high-level strategy with hands-on management, focusing on financial stewardship, robust controls, and support for our acquisition-focused growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, group consolidation, cash management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee cash flow, day-to-day accounting, and financial controls
- Develop financial models to support growth and acquisition goals
- Drive decision-making with insights, preparing monthly Board financial reports and KPI analysis
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain financial reporting integrity
- Engage with key stakeholders: Board, private equity partner, banks, auditors etc
