Revenue Controller – The Role
- Ensuring accurate billing and providing valuable financial insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, fee earners, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews of WIP and accounts receivable balances to drive performance
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to senior management, partners, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends and potential issues
- Collaborate with credit controllers to manage delinquent accounts and resolve disputes
- Monitor timesheet compliance and address any discrepancies.
- Play a key role in ensuring the firm successfully meets billing deadlines
Revenue Controller – Required Experience
- Prior revenue management experience within a professional service or time-based business such a legal, consultancy, creative, engineering, architecture etc
- Exposure to working with and dealing with senior stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of standard billing practices and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated and positive with a ‘can do’ attitude
