We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team
Job Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives and company goals.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Vimeo, and emerging channels.
- Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community, fostering positive relationships and addressing customer inquiries or issues promptly.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all social media content aligns with the company’s brand voice, values, and messaging. Manage responses, ratings, and digital presence on ratings platforms (i.e., Indeed, Google, G2)
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, recommending new strategies and platforms to enhance our social media presence.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to effectively utilize each for maximum impact.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Proficiency in video creation and editing tools, graphic design, and platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity and use of AI tools for content creation (copy, and imagery).
- Knowledge of the B2B technology industry for the SMB market and partner channels is a plus.
- Strong planning and execution skills with attention to detail.
- Organization skills and management of social media content calendars.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Background in marketing cloud-based services and solutions.
- Innovative, analytical, process- and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.
