We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to play a central role in this marketing-led business, working closely with the Marketing Director to drive growth, elevate brand presence, and lead impactful campaigns.
Leeds City Centre Head Office – hybrid after the 6 month probation period (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns that align with key objectives, promoting the innovative products and services across channels.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Marketing Executive’s, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand identity and values, collaborating with creative agencies, photographers, and PR teams.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics (Google Analytics, campaign KPIs) to assess performance, adapt strategies, and drive lead generation.
- Event Management: Organise trade shows and events, representing the brand with engaging and professional presentations.
