💸 Paying a salary up to £40,000 per annum working / 37.5 hours per week / Monday-Friday.

Our newest CRM Manager will be responsible for the delivery of our CRM strategy for Forge Holiday Group and its Caravans Division (UKcaravans4hire). The role will include acting as a stakeholder on key projects, delivery of agreed objectives and key results, and driving growth from CRM. You will be working closely with the Marketing Director to agree KPIs for new marketing channels and initiatives. Previous innovations have included testing and proving the concept for push notifications, integrating NPS and new feedback processes, developing on-holiday and returner journeys.
