Every box they sell creates work placements for survivors of exploration and trauma, supporting their journey to financial independence and new hope.
Having already secured contracts with some of the major customers in FMCG, they are now ready to hire a full-time Business Development Manager to come and drive their distribution in gaining new business and accounts! You will report directly to the Founder, who will assist you on your journey in helping set strategy and become successful.
This brand has strong ambitions and goals and is looking for someone who is hungry for personal and career development. This is a field-based role, with the aim of building out the London market. Therefore, the successful candidate will need to be located in and around the London area. There will be scope to take on Retail once up and running!
Main responsibilities –
- Lead and shape the sales strategy.
- Identify new business within the OOH, Wholesale, Coffee and Speciality Health sectors (London market focus).
- Cross-functional work with Marketing, Supply Chain and Innovation teams.
You will have/be:
- Proven track record of sales growth in OOH, Wholesale, Coffee and Speciality Health sectors.
- Exceptional people skills, commercial acumen, solid London network and personal drive.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing own time.
- Ambition and hunger for success!
