What You Will Do As a Corporate Sales Executive

  • Accountable to support the Director of Corporate & Diplomatic Sales and handle enquiries
  • Accountable to ensure enquiries are processed within the limits of Hyatt Brand Standards ensuring that processes and procedures are followed
  • Conduct client meetings to drive new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
  • Accountable for contracting business and conversion of corporate and group leads
  • Attend and represent the hotel in tradeshows
  • Accountable to conduct site inspections and meet with clients to discuss their requirements (this may include some evenings).
  • Accountable to act in a professional and informative manner ensuring product and competitor knowledge is current at all times
  • To ensure all corporate database is up to date
  • Respond in RFPs
  • Work closely with HSF team for global managed accounts
  • Accountable to ensure that all details of a booking are accurately logged in Envision and comments are continuously updated
