We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team

What am I going to do?:

  • Drive Brand Growth – Lead initiatives that strengthen brand perception, positioning, and overall visibility, ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Brand Strategy Execution – Develop and implement marketing plans that deliver measurable impact and align with broader business objectives.
  • Creative & Agency Collaboration – Work closely with internal creative, design, and content teams to execute marketing and brand initiatives, acting as the internal lead for creative execution. Additionally, manage relationships with external agencies to ensure brand campaigns are delivered from brief development to final execution.
  • Campaign Management – Oversee and manage advertising campaigns from start to finish, including brief development, creative execution, production, and final delivery. Ensure all brand campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Take ownership of brand-related projects, leading cross-functional teams (media, social, influencers, product) to deliver cohesive and effective marketing campaigns. Ensure all departments are aligned on objectives and contribute to a unified brand experience.
  • Performance Analysis – Track and analyze brand campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand management, with proven experience in managing advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead brand initiatives and execute cross-functional brand strategy and plans.
  • Strong experience collaborating with creative, design, and content teams, as well as managing external agency relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects across departments.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
