We are looking for a Supplier Engagement Manager to join our team
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience managing processes in a procurement, or supplier engagement or supplier relationship role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience with supplier relationship management (SRM) programs and knowledge of industry-specific procurement regulations and standards.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and driving adoption of procurement-related programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g.,Google Sheets, Tableau).
- Ability to track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to procurement activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of supplier programs within procurement by creating roadmaps, timelines, and action plans for executing initiatives, such as third-party risk management,and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, such as procurement teams, executive finance management, and cross-functional departments, to communicate the importance of GPO supplier programs with the intent to foster support for program initiatives, drive impact, and work toward mutual goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop policies, guidelines, and procedures related to GPO supplier programs and ensure alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and corporate values.
- Research and implement best practices in supplier management within procurement to identify innovative approaches and industry trends to enhance program effectiveness.
