Job Summary:

We are seeking a Relationship Specialist with experience in building relationships, managing accounts, expanding business opportunities, consulting teams and more. You will be part of a small, local team responsible for assisting in supporting and selling the financing for independent auto dealers to role out to their clients. You will be involved in driving a positive customer experience, managing risk, and identifying growth prospects.

The responsibilities for the Relationship Specialist job opening in Saskatchewan include, but are not limited to:

  • Expand and support business relationships with current and prospective clients; much of this in a face-to-face capacity alongside written and phone communications.
  • Educate and consult various teams on the success of selling their program to consumers and help them to increase their activities.
  • Manage, service, and mitigate risk on customer accounts.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs by using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and work queues while interacting live much of the time.
  • Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns.
  • Spend roughly 90% of your time managing existing accounts and roughly 10% focused on new business development.
  • Much of your time will be spent travelling to dealers in/around Regina so it is best suited for someone who resides nearby but willing to travel.

  • We are seeking a Relationship Specialist with experience in building relationships, managing accounts, and working as part of a team to meet the goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in customer service/account management/sales related roles.
  • Asset to those who come from either financial services (loans, credit etc) and/or automotive industries.
  • Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal along with a motivated client approach.
  • You are self-aware, can read and audience and have high level presentation skills.
  • The ability and passion to frequently travel to support our customer base – approximately 2-3 hours south of Saskatoon as a good parameter.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid set up, from a home office and on the road.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and stay organized.
  • A valid driver’s license, clean drivers abstract.
