Project Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily operations for our project within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the hotel construction, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple aspects of construction and renovation projects while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, team leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of workers and subcontractors, providing clear instructions, support, and feedback.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to stay on track.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain project standards.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on site.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and achievements to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel construction.
  • Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and work with blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

  • OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction Certification
  • Construction Foreman Certification (NCCER)
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification
