We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Help train, mentor, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and improve service quality.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Oversee food preparation and handling processes to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to optimize profitability.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchens.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing daily operations effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology is preferred.
