We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Manage and supervise a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are consistently followed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain and update menus, wine lists, and other promotional materials.
- Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and inquiries.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the fine dining industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for food and wine, and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.
- Strong Wine knowledge
