We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Manage and supervise a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintain and update menus, wine lists, and other promotional materials.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the fine dining industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • A passion for food and wine, and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.
  • Strong Wine knowledge
