We are looking for a Store Associate to join our team
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
– Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
– Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
– Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives
Experience:
– Previous experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
– Cash handling experience is a plus
– Bilingual abilities are a plus
– Ability to sell and promote products effectively
– Familiarity with technology sales is an asset
– Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
