Responsibilities
- Food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Guest service remains a priority and issues are dealt with in a professional a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef for smooth operations.
- Ensure Health and safety guidelines and quality control are followed according to sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
- 1+ years of previous experience in a similar environment
- – Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Food Safety Certification
- Must be available evening, weekends, and holidays.
