Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. This full-time position requires flexibility, as overtime will be necessary at times to meet the demands of our emergency response operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate USA Dig tickets to ensure compliance and safety.
- Manage rental and material logistics to support ongoing projects.
- Conduct site QA/QC and safety inspections to maintain high standards of quality.
- Periodically fill in for dispatch to coordinate field operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Familiarity with USA Dig ticket processes and site inspection protocols is a plus.
