We are looking for a Consumer Insights Manager to join our team
What You’ll Do
- Consumer Insights Research: Scope and conduct research to gather insights on consumer wants/needs/motivations/attitudes, behavior, preferences, and market trends that impact Glassdoor’s products and marketing strategies. Types of research may include: positioning/messaging, segmentation, consumer satisfaction (CSAT), brand tracking studies, and competitive research and analysis.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze survey data and other consumer-related data sets, using tools like cross-tabulations and segmentation. Present findings in a storytelling format that resonates with stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- A commitment to add to our culture of DEI
- 5-7+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a related field, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in tech, social media, growing mobile platforms and/or online communities a plus.
- Experience with Alchemer is a plus!
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Curiosity and a passion for understanding consumer behavior and workplace culture.
