We are looking for a Kitchen Staff to join our team
Responsibilities and Duties:
Dishwasher:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure the dishwashing area is clean, organized, and free from clutter.
- Assist with the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
- Follow safety and hygiene regulations.
Wok Chef:
- Prepare and cook dishes at the wok station according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly prepped, and available for use during service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Clean and maintain wok station, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
