We are looking for a Kitchen Staff to join our team

Responsibilities and Duties:

Dishwasher:

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure the dishwashing area is clean, organized, and free from clutter.
  • Assist with the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
  • Follow safety and hygiene regulations.

Wok Chef:

  • Prepare and cook dishes at the wok station according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly prepped, and available for use during service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Clean and maintain wok station, tools, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
