We are looking for a Plumber to join our team

Duties & Responsibilities

This position will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Installation: Install hot water tanks and related systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of hot water tanks, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
  • Repair: Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve HWT problems, restoring comfort to our customers.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on their needs, creating positive and lasting impressions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions and handle payment collection with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in a safe manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Keep your service vehicle well-stocked and clean, ensuring you’re always ready for the next job.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing your time and resources effectively.
  • Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and punctuality in all aspects of your work.
  • Thrive both independently and as part of a team, working efficiently with or without supervision.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Journeyperson certificate in a relevant HVAC and/or Hydronics trade required
  • Highly self-sufficient with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • A clean driver’s abstract demonstrating responsible driving habits.
  • A clean police check ensuring trustworthiness and reliability.
  • Mandatory 3+ years of experience with a Class 5 Driver’s License.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning with ongoing training provided.
