We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for a territory of customers.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound calling, email campaigns and other lead strategies.
- Communicate product benefits and pricing to potential customers to generate sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team and marketing on different programs and for potential closures strategies.
- Achieved monthly and yearly goals in a predetermined book of business.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Brand Ambassador to drive sales growth of our in-house ABUS and Halsco brands.
- Work hand to hand with our Customer Care team to secure key clients.
- Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with existing customers with regular follow-up.
- Upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers based on their needs.
- Gather feedback on customers about our service and support and relay the information to the appropriate team.
- Maintain and update the records of customers interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports that include leads and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Degree/Diploma in Business (asset)
- Knowledge of the hardware industry (asset)
- 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent ability to build rapport with customers, strong communication skills
- Proven Customer service, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools (required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
