We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, industry events, online research).
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including trucking companies, freight brokers, and logistics providers.
- Conduct software demos to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Proload.
- Understand clients’ business needs and offer tailored TMS solutions to solve their pain points.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer requirements and software improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or the transportation/logistics industry.
- Knowledge of TMS solutions, trucking, freight brokerage, or logistics is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to finding and closing new business.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and explain technical features in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
