We are looking for a Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and implementations of OT interventions, such as ADLs, IADLs strategies, equipment recommendations, home modifications, etc., in a community setting
- Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive treatment programs
- Support a holistic and restorative approach to care ( enable opportunities to restore, create and sustain health & well-being via interventions, health coaching and self-management support)
- Collaborates with other members of the health team and referral sources as needed
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and modify them accordingly
- Participate in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Notify immediate Supervisor of any Health Concerns.
- Complete all other tasks as required.
