We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our team.
Duties
- Manage , enter customer orders, organize daily duties including customer call and filing
- Follow-up customer inquires, making POs, Follow-up on POs, receiving goods in the system
- Support the manager in the management and follow-up of his/her agenda, calls, emails.
- perform any other related task relevant to the performance of his duties.
Qualifications
- 2 yrs exp. in customer service / administrative support position or a similar position.
- Ability to multitask , prioritize, quick and efficient.
- Proficient in MS word, excel, email writing, sending
- Scanning, Sending images of items through emails
salary based on performance and experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
