We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities and Requirements

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional manner

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Be able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Restocking of shelves
- Receiving deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized store and working environment
Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs
- Be committed, reliable, flexible and self-motivated.
Qualifications
- Animal care and basic understanding of canine and feline nutrition
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to uphold phone etiquette standards
- Be physically able safely to lift up to 30lb bags of dry dog food
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic operational knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in English
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Retail experience using a POS system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
