We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional manner

  • Have a passion for learning about products we offer
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Be able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Restocking of shelves
  • Receiving deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store and working environment

Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs

  • Be committed, reliable, flexible and self-motivated.

Qualifications

  • Animal care and basic understanding of canine and feline nutrition
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proven sales experience
  • Ability to uphold phone etiquette standards
  • Be physically able safely to lift up to 30lb bags of dry dog food
  • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic operational knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Retail experience using a POS system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
