We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues in both French and English, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing clear and concise solutions.
- Assist customers with product setup, usage, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information and support.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support or management as necessary.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
