We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues in both French and English, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Assist customers with product setup, usage, and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information and support.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support or management as necessary.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Experience working within a healthcare related call centre.
