We are looking for a Coordinator for Inventory Management to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Request parts and supplies from internal and external sources;
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels (min/max)and remove out of code products;
  • Respond quickly and accurately to part requests from shop personnel;
  • Provide superior customer service, in person and over the telephone;
  • Unloading delivery trucks;
  • Unload delivery truck to receive and stock inventory;
  • Monitor parts Issued from inventory to work orders;
  • Process warranty cores for return;
  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Store and issue a variety of equipment parts; process requests for parts room items via computer.
  • Make periodic inventory counts of parts room items to ensure proper identification and re-supply needs.
  • Maintain the equipment parts room in a clean and orderly fashion and in accordance with standard accepted warehouse procedures.
  • Maintain accurate/up to date records and related documentation for all pieces of equipment and tools
  • Coordinating vendors for building maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with scheduling/updating work with operations and the shop
  • Assist supervisor in keeping track of due and overdue equipment
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

  • Coordinator Inventory Management: 3 years (required)
  • Data entry in a vehicle maintenance/parts environment: 3 years (required)
  • Parts background (mechanical vehicle parts, machinery): 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Forklift Licence (required)
