Restaurant General Manager

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a scratch kitchen setting
• Experience managing in Washington, DC required
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a personable approach, a coaching mentality, and a commitment to upholding restaurant operations and food safety standards
• Strong back-of-house/kitchen knowledge with the ability to support your team as needed
• Proven track record of meeting standards, exceeding expectations, and building relationships with a focus on attitude and drive
• Passionate, patient, and persistent with high business acumen and hands-on experience managing P&L and cost controls
